Linton’s history dates back to the 12th century which is when the first 'Rectory' was built, in our grounds. The alms houses, built by Lord Fountaine in the 18th century, are the main feature of the village. This is complimented by the historic pack bridge and clapper bridge, where Linton Beck flows beneath.

Linton has a regular bus service taking you all over the dales and to the train station at Skipton, approximately 9 miles away.
