Situated in the heart of Linton is The Rectory, overlooking ‘Linton Beck.’ The stream runs through the centre of the village, and then on in to the impressive River Wharfe, just a small stroll away. The Rectory provides the perfect base for walking, touring and cycling in The Yorkshire Dales. Many touring routes “criss cross” through Linton, such as The Dales Way and The Coast to Coast. The 2014 Tour de France skirted around the edge of Linton.
